Games similar to Bikebaron include Lego Racers 2. It's paid, but Bike Mania 2 is free. Between them they cover Windows and the web.
Lego Racers 2 is a Lego-themed racing video game released in September 2001 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance. It is the sequel to the 1999 game Lego Racers.
Bike Mania 2 is very much the same as Bike Mania 1 but it has different courses and is a little bit harder to play in my opinion. This is great if you liked Bike Mania 1 because it will give you veterans exactly what you want.
