This software has a page on SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/batch-compiler/) where it is possible to download the version 17.0. I have downloaded this version setup (the Official website offers the version 18 at this date [2019-06-12]) and tested it on VirusTotal. 6/70 detect the setup file as infected by a trojan.

Might be a false positive but I preferred not to install it.
