BAG·Tower

Track your data and monitor your equipment in a simple way. BAG-Tower is a web application incident management that provides access to incident reports, equipment monitoring and data tracking in real time. With BAG-Tower, create personalized alerts to be notified when a problem or anomaly is detected.

The principal features of BAG·Tower are:

• Logs analysis (Dashboard): BAG·Tower reads and presents vital data from your equipment (in the form of graphs, states, and text), Unlimited history can be observed and exported at any moment.

• Alerting and notification system: Users can configure alerts on devices (i.e. a threshold for numeric values, a given state, or the connection status of the device). Users can choose to be notified as soon as an alert is created.

• Incidents management: BAG·Tower provides a board in the form of a Kanban to manage incidents, Manage automated and manual incidents. The board can be shared among team members.

• Reporting for performance evaluation: It is possible to generate reports to evaluate the performance of equipment and the impact (cause&cost) of incidents.

• Team management: BAG·Tower can limit access to organization data by adding roles and permissions to different team members. Also, it is possible to add an external user to the organization.

• Open API to integrate other tools: The API allows the integration of tools already used in the organization.

• Decoders: Users can choose to execute custom code (written in Python) when a new log is received. The decoder allows, for instance, to decode an encoded frame so that it can be understood by BAG·Tower; this feature is especially useful to integrate devices such as IoT devices and sensors. The decoder can also be used to fusion data with external data or to analyze and simplify received data.
