B-Side Band Hub

B-Side Band Hub is a band management app for working bands: cover bands, wedding and function bands, and originals acts that gig regularly. It replaces the group chat, the shared spreadsheets, the notes app etc, that most bands run on, with one workspace for the whole line-up, covering everything from the first enquiry about a date to splitting the fee after the show.

It's built around two sides of band life:

Side A: Run the band

Booking pipeline: log an enquiry, check who's free before you hold the date, record terms and fees, and turn it into a confirmed gig. Shared availability calendar: members mark dates they can't play, and conflicts are flagged before a gig is saved. Dates can be downloaded to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. Gig Book: upcoming, past and cancelled shows, with a searchable history of every gig played. Money: venue fees, expenses, band fund rules, member splits, reimbursements and what each musician is owed. Create branded invoices and save them as PDFs. Contracts: venue and promoter agreements, per-gig musician engagements, and longer touring or studio agreements. Band Chat with a separate conversation for every gig, quick polls for band decisions, a shared to-do list and rehearsal planning. Venue Book, contacts for promoters and crew, and a Gear Locker with serial numbers, values and repair status.

Side B: Play the show

Repertoire with key, BPM, tuning, duration and lead vocal for every song, with catalogue lookup to fill in details. Setlist builder with drag-and-drop ordering, medleys and cue notes. Import existing setlists from TXT, CSV, Excel or Word, and export to Excel or Word. Shared lyric sheets for every song, lyrics can be auto downloaded from online. Gig Brief: call times, venue, directions and who's playing, plus a phone-first Show Mode for the stage. Stage plot and input list maker: drag gear onto a stage of the right size, build the channel list, and share one published version with the venue without exposing private band details.

Built for the whole band

Roles for Owner, Admin, Member and Guest, so deps and crew see only what they need. In-app activity log and email alerts for important changes such as cancellations or moved dates. An embeddable widget to show upcoming gigs on the band's own website. CSV imports for songs and gigs, plus full band backups. Sign in with email or Google. Works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or computer, and can be installed as an app on desktop.
