It actually has English locale, at least the latest version (4.46). Seems decent enough, and the databases are still updated (though the program itself isn't, since 2016).

Nice uncluttered interface. On-demand scan only. Includes quite a lot of extra tools, be careful with those if you are not an expert.

What is AVZ Antiviral Toolkit?

The AVZ utility collects information about your computer, analyzes launched processes for a malicious code unknown to Kaspersky Lab yet. The AVZ utility downloads the latest antivirus databases, scans the system for a malicious code, disinfects/removes infected files and creates a report with scan and analysis results of its work. AVZ technologies were acquired by Kaspersky Lab in 2009, but the app is still being maintained separately by creator.
