To cut out one piece of an audio file, you just need to open the audio file, set the start point and the end point then click Cut button to save the selection. Audio File Cutter allows you to play the selection before you save it.

I was looking for a simple audio file cutter that was not part of a bloated audio program. I needed something that allowed me to manually enter cut points without having to play the file (I already knew the parts I wanted to extract). Some programs require you to play the file and only have the option of marking the entry and exit while the file is playing.
This audio cutter is simple and sweet and works on many audio formats - not just mp3 or wave.
