What is Attribute Changer?
Attribute Changer shell extension (freeware) is a power user tool to change all kind of file and folder attributes, date, time and even NTFS compression.
Exif date and time information stored in digital images are easily altered with Attribute Changer. It perfectly integrates into the Windows Shell and is available with a right-click on files, folders and drives. It features an easy to use graphical user interface with lots of exciting features.

I don't have much need for this, as I just added a similar tool to my context menu using Easy Context Menu. There is also open source software to change dates called FileAttributeManager. But this has more functionality. It would be a perfect app if it was open source.
Attribute Changer is amazing! I have found it very helpful for changing files/folders that have been altered when copying or moving, and I want them to reflect the actual date of when they were created. The software is nicely implemented through use of the right-click "context menu," and can easily copy attributes from other attributes (with dates/times, using my example - one of them is usually the actual "true" date, to which you can just select to copy over the incorrect attribute without ever typing a single number).
Highly recommended! An excellent utility to add to your collection for easy context-menu integration, to change those files/folders that notoriously change date when copying/moving, etc.
