What is Attach2Cloud?

Attach your files in Outlook as usual, clicking the paperclip button or doing drag and drops. Attach2Cloud Automatically uploads your Outlook attached files to OneDrive, share them with the recipients of your email, and replaces them by OneDrive shortcuts when your email is sent.

You can configure Attach2Cloud to operate fully automatically (no UI) or to display a window enabling to select the files to upload to OneDrive (The Attach2Cloud Attached File Control Center) at the time the email is sent.

You can create rules to only upload (or pre-select for upload) to OneDrive attached files exceeding a given size in MB and / or attached files of given file types.

For each file to be uploaded to OneDrive by Attach2Cloud, you can select the OneDrive permission, the OneDrive target folder and specify an elapsing date (and this on a per file basis).

Attach2cloud allows attaching files to your Outlook emails up to 15 GB per file without any email size limit. Files exceeding the maximum Outlook email size limit are automatically uploaded to OneDrive, shared with the recipients of your email, and replaced by OneDrive shortcuts when your email is sent.

Attach2Cloud is available for licensing through an all-inclusive, per user per month subscription including:

  • 100% self-managed active Attach2Cloud user count
  • Automatic and silent online updates
  • Quarterly usage reports

No license keys to manage, no accounts to create, no administration applications to use. 1 single package covering all possible combinations of 32-bit and 64-bit Windows and 32-bit and 64-bit Office environments to deploy. That’s it!

A free 45-day fully functional evaluation version is available that can be used by an unlimited number of users. Then, if you decide to acquire an Attach2Cloud Subscription, you won’t even have to re-install these users. Their subscription will be updated online automatically and extended to the end of your subscription period.
