    Rhino is probably the only CAD solution which for the price offers and delivers quality in creation. However this is only a CAD and it needs a multitude of plug-in to bring it to the level of ArtCAM. This is not an alternative but a more complex piece of software which will disappoint most of the new/young designers.

    because are not able to do z slicing with incremental angle and export option does not have .cnc or .plt

    Cute 3D solution but not aiming to design jewelry or bas reliefs. This is basically Rhino on a different platform with no real artistic tools.

    Incredible package coming with a free 1 year subscription to vectorclip3D. Probably the best replacement for Wood applications.

    it deals with 3D mesh for the wood industry and can machine them directly in its CAM module. Of all alternative I think this is the 2nd one with Meshcam capable of doing this.
