Arbitrage Agent is an automated trading bot that identifies and executes arbitrage opportunities across Polymarket and Kalshi prediction markets.
The core challenge in prediction market arbitrage is that the same event is described differently across platforms — "Will the Fed cut rates in June?" on Polymarket vs "FOMC June 2026 cut" on Kalshi. Arbitrage Agent solves this with AI-powered semantic matching using OpenAI embeddings, achieving 99.2% precision across 4,800+ active markets.
When a viable spread is detected (after accounting for platform fees), both legs execute in parallel under 400ms. Circuit breakers and partial-fill handling prevent one-sided exposure.
