Browsing AppTrackr is a lot more convenient than browsing Installous with an iPhone. Plus, downloading apps from your desktop is a lot faster. Simply download the package from AppTrackr and double-click on it. iTunes should recognize it within a few seconds and add it to your app library. You still need to have AppSync installed on your iPhone for this to work in the first place (AppSync comes bundled with Installous). I do this when I'm installing something really heavy (e.g. a dictionary or a large game).
