Application Mover Alternatives
Application Mover is described as 'tool that relocates installed programs from one path to another on your hard disk. Application Mover takes files found in the path specified in the 'Current Path' field (see below) and moves them to the 'New Path' path' and is an app. There are four alternatives to Application Mover for Windows. The best alternative is Steam Mover, which is free. Other great apps like Application Mover are SymMover, Change of Address 2 and Pickmeapp.
Windows only: If your primary hard drive just isn't large enough to hold all the software you need on a day-to-day basis, then Steam Mover is the perfect tool for the job, assuming you have another storage drive handy.

SymMover vs Application Mover opinions
it creates sys links unlike app mover which moves everything and basically migrates the folder
When you install a program in Windows, the system builds a web of connections that makes moving the program very difficult. If disk space constraints force a move, or if adding a new device causes drive letters to change, the system can lose track of essential files.
