So far this is the best image duplicate search software in which you can compare the quality of images as well before deleting them. It automatically selects lower file sizes and lower dimensions and can even delete newer files with newer date if the file is exactly the same. I've tried a lot of such programs over the years and this one is the best one. It also caches images and is very fast (analyzing 100k images took 5 mins) so you don't have to waste time on every new search if you change only one folder location.
ok... but it's the .NET cancer bloat!
Excellent algorithm, marks the differences between two pictures, has great keyboard shortcuts to decide what to do with each duplicate pair that it finds. The only downside is I can't make it run on Linux.
The numpad system makes processing a long list of duplicates insanely faster than in any other program I've tried.
Update- I used xpadder to map the hotkeys to a gamepad and it's even better. Right bumper keep right image, left bumper keep left image, right trigger keep both, left trigger keep neither, one of the face buttons mark as false positive, bind another face button to undo... even better experience than before!
Out of about 50 duplicate images it found 1.
