What is Antamedia DHCP Server?

Freeware Windows DHCP Server helps to configure lease, scope, fixed IP-MAC, block desired MAC, exclude IP, with a real time view of current leases. Assigning IP addresses without a DHCP server can create havoc, as can moving hardware across networks. Now all of your DHCP configuration and administrative tasks can be handled easily and automatically with our FREEWARE DHCP Server

Designed by the people that brought you the world’s favorite Internet Cafe software, this Windows DHCP software program controls how IP addresses are assigned to different computers. It’s extremely easy to use, with all the options, even if you’re not familiar with all the jargon. You can download DHCP Server, install and enable DHCP it in less than 5 minutes.

Antamedia’s free DHCP client and server system controls 65.000 computers without any licensing costs! Here’s what it does for you:

Configures fixed IP addresses for selected MAC addresses and prevents (excludes) those addresses from becoming available to any other machine. Blocks specific computers altogether, based on MAC address. Defines the range or scope of IP addresses which can be assigned (the “IP Pool”) across your DHCP network. Updates network adapters directly from the software to save time (instead of opening network properties, TCP/IP).

DHCP Lease

An IP “lease” is how long an IP address can be held for. You can configure DHCP Server lease duration, including deleting all or selected leases, directly from your central control panel.

Your control panel also gives you a simple, real-time view of DHCP leases (IP, MAC, assigned time and expiry time) and can be optionally run as a Windows service. Automatic Security

If user tries to manually configure IP which is already in use, after several unsuccessful attempts to assign IP, DHCP will store it in a “blocked” list, which is useful if someone tries to hack your HotSpot or similar network.
