Said about AmpShell as an alternative
because dosbox needs to use command line, so it is hard to use. however AmpShell easier to use.

This is the most user friendly and simple front-end for DOSBox I found. The portable mode comes zipped including DOSBox so all I had to do was to unzip and run the executable in the folder.
