Always Active Window
This Chrome, Opera, Edge and Firefox extension pretends that all browser windows are active by spoofing the visibility state event. It is useful for webpages that stop playing ads before a video as soon as it loses focus. ( Eg : tf1.fr ).

What is Always Active Window?
The "Always Active Window" extension inserts a tiny JavaScript code into all webpages and all frame elements to stop the visibility events from being propagated. Also, the DOM properties that reveal the current visibility state of the webpages are being overwritten so that the server and the page's Scripts think that the page is in its active state or the page is currently the visible tab. This is useful for webpages that provide content when the page is only visible. For instance, many music websites are only starting to stream when your browser tab has focus. Using this extension you can bypass this limit. Note that at the current state, this extension does not support URL filtering so if you need to turn it off, you have to temporarily disable the extension.
