Alvor

Alvor is a security architecture management and compliance platform that runs a company's entire security program from one system. From design review to audit evidence, it keeps assets, risk, compliance, policy and vendors in one place, with an embedded AI assistant that does the drafting while teams keep the decisions.

Eight connected modules share one asset and control graph: Asset Management, Secure by Design, Risk, Compliance, Policy, Program (security management), Third-Party Risk Management and Business Continuity. Because every module shares the same data, a change in one place reaches the rest: closing a risk updates its linked compliance findings, an audit finding creates a remediation task with a named owner, and evidence uploaded once is reused across every control it satisfies.

Secure by Design gives each system a guided review: business impact analysis, an editable architecture diagram with trust boundaries, a STRIDE threat model anchored to the diagram, threat-driven controls and named sign-offs. Compliance covers ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, CMMC, FedRAMP and the Australian ISM, IRAP and Essential Eight, and any framework can be added in the framework builder.

The AI assistant is bring-your-own-model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including self-hosted models). It drafts diagrams, threat models, policies and remediation plans; every write pauses on an approval card and is audit-logged. Approvals, plan activations and sign-offs stay human-only.

Alvor is single-tenant: a dedicated cloud instance in your region, on-premise on your own servers, or air-gapped. Every plan includes all eight modules and one seat per employee, with flat annual pricing scoped to company size
