wonderful for album discovery purposes (in fact i find their 'similar albums' algorithm to be much more accurate/worthwhile than others'), but not the most picturesque site to view on mobile, and their excessive barrage of ads that somehow defy my (admittedly weak and prolly outdated) ad-blocker is so stressful that it leaves me quite suicidal at times . . .

I love this source and using it from time immemorial. Yes, it has a couple of average drawbacks but there is no real alternative of it. It is the undisputed and number one.
