The app is so clean. It was easy to teach everyone the app operations. We don’t really have to spend time in the committee office to look through records now. Like I can be at home and browse through the records in the app while chilling. Collecting and tracking maintenance is easy. Managing the gate has become more efficient and professional. Our guards are actually performing better since we switched to ADDA Gatekeeper after a great experience with their ERP version.
To be very honest, most of us were wary to try it out initially. We did not want an already messy situation getting worse. But support system is mindblowing. We were literally handheld through transition process. They were patient with our questions. And we had a LOT of questions.
