Very nice, but you have to pay for 1 year in advance and that's something I don't like. Monthly recurring payment, and I'am in !

Nice alternative to Instagram, but is also sadly inefficient against people botting their accounts.
Very active photography-centred community compared to the likes of Tumblr or Flickr; much easier to get your work seen without any existing followers.
They host regular photo competitions which is a nice touch, and offer the option to license your photos commercially through their partners (stock photo sites) and earn commission.
