The free trial of 2Printer is fully functional but prints 1 page summary as the end page of each print. The paid version removes the end page.

I'm happy using the free trial as it meets my needs. I use 2Printer paired with Windows Task Scheduler to automatically print to my inkjet printer to keep the ink from drying out from infrequent printing.
