Opera moves vertical tab controls and new tabs to the top

Opera One now places the New Tab button at the top of the vertical tab strip, with newly opened tabs appearing directly below it. Users can restore the previous arrangement through Easy Setup.

The update also increases active-tab contrast, adds a plus button for Tab Islands, improves closing tabs in collapsed mode, and lets users drag one tab onto another to create a Tab Island.
