Farrago 2.2 adds Shortcuts controls and editor tools

Farrago 2.2 adds new Shortcuts for playing sound sets and configuring their properties, while expanding controls for playback behavior and sound tiles.

Its built-in editor now supports draggable selection handles, timestamp displays, keyboard selection controls, selection-only playback, and looping.

The release also adds support for the forthcoming macOS 27 Golden Gate and updates the names of several Shortcuts actions.
