BatFi 4.0 updates charging controls on macOS 27

BatFi 4.0 replaces version-based charging detection with a firmware-aware backend, hiding unsupported controls and supporting charge limits below 80% on macOS 27.

The release fixes Charge to 100% so it remains enabled until manually disabled or a charger has been unplugged for two minutes, and it rebuilds automation with geofenced location rules and repaired address search.

It also improves background-helper recovery; on Macs whose macOS 15.8 firmware lacks charging-limit support, charging limits remain unavailable until macOS 26 or 27.
