Clerky joins Stripe with the same team and legal focus

Clerky has agreed to join Stripe and says it will continue with the same team and focus on helping high-growth startups and their attorneys handle routine legal paperwork.

The company says it will maintain its current level of service for startups and attorneys and that the move will give Clerky more resources to build new products and features.
