Tails 7.9 updates Tor Browser and improves hardware support

Tails 7.9 updates the Tor Browser to version 15.0.16.

The release also adds updated firmware packages for improved compatibility with newer hardware such as graphics and Wi-Fi components.

A fix has been implemented to stop rare notifications about outdated Secure Boot certificates when certificates are already current.
