Visual Studio Code 1.119 improves agent-browser integration and tracking

Visual Studio Code 1.119 introduces agent-browser integration, allowing agents to request and use browser access within the environment.

The release adds OpenTelemetry tracing to improve agent session observability and uses a more lightweight model for agent todo list management. Users will also experience fewer workflow disruptions involving network trust or temporary folder access.

Lastly, this update further enhances Markdown editing with quick switching between source and preview.
