AlmaLinux OS 9.8 and 10.2 stable now available for all major platforms

AlmaLinux OS 9.8 and 10.2 have both reached stable status, marking the first simultaneous dual release for the project.

Version 9.8 brings new toolsets, updated language and database streams, security improvements, and a kernel fix for systemd CPU spikes.

Version 10.2 offers i686 userspace support, the latest software packages, GNOME 49, full KVM support for IBM POWER, and expanded hardware compatibility.

Cloud, container, and live images for both versions are also becoming available for a wide range of platforms.
