AerynOS updates to GNOME 50 and KDE Plasma 6.6.3 with new package manager tools

AerynOS now features GNOME 50 with improved parental controls, stable VRR and fractional scaling by default, and a move to Wayland-only sessions. KDE Plasma is updated to version 6.6.3, adding more robust screencasting on PipeWire 1.6+, reduced resource usage for fractional scaling, and enhanced mouse support in remote desktop. The moss package manager now supports binary provider search and bulk removal of package states, streamlining maintenance for users. The Volatile repository has also transitioned to CDN delivery, offering faster access for packagers.
