Obsidian 1.12.0: command line interface, file deletion prompts & image resizing

Obsidian 1.12.0 introduces a command line interface, enabling users to script and automate tasks directly from the terminal. Users can now resize images in Live Preview by dragging the corner and reset sizes with a double-click. The update also adds configurable prompts when deleting files, allowing users to decide whether attachments should be removed, and it improves file management, editor controls, and overall stability.
