Gemini CLI introduces Hooks for deep customization and agentic loop control

Gemini CLI now supports Hooks, letting users execute custom scripts at predefined points in the agentic loop for greater operational control. These hooks enable tasks like injecting context, enforcing security policies, validating actions, and integrating notifications. Extension authors can also bundle hooks, reducing setup steps for users.
