Raycast 2.11 brings Dictate to AI and usage tracking

Raycast 2.11 introduces Dictate to AI, a command that combines spoken input with optional context from the focused app.

The release also adds menu bar AI usage tracking, plus a dictation AI extension for using transcriptions in AI chats and managing styles.

A new Contacts AI Extension can search, create, update, and delete contacts from AI Chat, while proxy updates add PAC script support and apply changes without a restart.
