Cloudflare launches open-source Clef decision models and RL tuning

Cloudflare has released Clef and Clef-flash, two decision models hosted on Workers AI and open-sourced on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0.

The models produce schema-bound typed outputs, support image inputs, and offer a 64k context window; Cloudflare says they are Jev API-compatible.

Cloudflare is also introducing an FDE-led reinforcement-learning fine-tuning service, with a self-serve platform planned later.
