Teable 2.0 introduces AI-powered database agent and natural language automation
Teable 2.0 has just been released, evolving from its open-source no-code database roots to an AI-powered database agent with six core capabilities: building databases, generating apps, automating workflows, analyzing data, processing at scale, and creating content through natural language. Users can build databases conversationally, add CRM functions like sentiment tagging, and receive auto-drafted replies.
Apps can be generated directly from live datasets, such as turning a leads table into a landing page. Automations can be set up in plain language to trigger notifications for teammates or customers, while conversational queries and real-time visualizations make data analysis accessible without SQL.
For larger workloads, the system can batch-handle files and extract key fields, like pulling invoice details for accountants. Marketing teams can batch-generate images, copy, and video scripts. The Community Edition adds notification toasts, improved mail settings, real-time collaboration messaging, and performance upgrades with caching for faster handling of large datasets.
