Day One launches Prompt Packs for guided journaling on iOS devices
Day One has introduced Prompt Packs, a new feature providing themed collections of journaling prompts on topics such as gratitude, reflection, and mindfulness. Users can browse prompts, save favorites, track their progress, and assign packs to specific journals for a guided writing experience. Prompt Packs are available in English on iPhone and iPad (version 2025.17), with Android and web support expected soon.
