GitHub Copilot coding agent introduces UI test automation and dashboard features
GitHub Copilot coding agent now tests its own UI changes using Playwright, adding screenshots directly to pull requests. The update introduces remote MCP support for enhanced integration with external tools, and users can now trigger and monitor tasks through a new dashboard. The agent also optimizes resource use by limiting to one Copilot premium request per session.
These features are now available for Copilot Pro and Business users.
