Threads introduces advanced content filters with custom word blocks

Threads has launched a separate Hidden Words setting, giving users independent control over content moderation apart from Instagram. Users can now add custom batches of blocked words, phrases, and emojis, and curate separate mute lists with optional time limits.

These updates provide more flexibility in shaping the user experience on Threads.
