Boost Note service is shutting down in September 2025, and urges users to export data

The project management tool Boost Note has announced it will officially terminate its service on September 30, 2025. Users can continue using their current plans until September 30, 2025. Automatic billing for monthly subscriptions will stop on June 30, and no further charges will apply, though existing payments won't be refunded. Annual subscribers can cancel anytime before the termination date to receive a daily pro-rated refund; otherwise, their plan will end automatically and the refund will be processed via Stripe.

While users retain access up to the termination date, all access to Boost Note will end after September 30, 2025. At that point, all user data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Users are strongly advised to export their notes and attachments before the service ends.

Export options allow users to download their data as markdown files organized within folders, packaged as a zip file. Image and other attached files will be included in a separate folder within the same archive. In the meantime, we invite you to check out the full list of Boost Note alternatives here.
