Apple Sports app introduces live tennis scores and home screen redesign

Apple Sports has added live tennis scores to its app, debuting the feature with coverage of Wimbledon. This update extends to major tournaments, including Grand Slam events and ATP/WTA 1000-level competitions. Tennis fans can now track every point in real time for all men’s and women’s singles matches and access results from the opening round through the finals.

Users can monitor a favorite player's journey through each tournament. To complement the expanded coverage, Apple has introduced a redesigned home screen focused on improved navigation and greater personalization. Events and matchups are now grouped by league, enabling users to set a preferred order for which leagues appear first.

Favorite teams are shown at the top of the home screen, letting users quickly track their teams and leagues. The new layout improves how users follow tennis and other preferred leagues.
