Hyprland 0.49.0 introduces permission management for app screen access

Hyprland 0.49.0 introduces a new permission management system, allowing users to control which apps can record or screenshot the screen. The update also brings several breaking changes, such as adjustments to cursor warp options and requiring sudo password for sensitive hyprpm operations.

Users gain further customization options such as per-device keybind control and separate mouse action bindings. Alongside routine bug fixes, new protocol support and various customization features have also been added.
