Figma adds Connected Projects: enhanced collaboration for freelancers and agencies

Figma added a new feature called Connected Projects that aims to enhance collaboration between freelancers, agencies, and their clients. This innovation allows two teams to work together on shared projects using their existing billable seats, eliminating the need for extra expenditures.

The project creator, known as the host, manages project settings, while users can participate based on seats from their own organizations, streamlining teamwork, design, file and resource sharing.
