Swiftly 1.0: simplifying Swift toolchain management

The first stable release of swiftly, a Swift version manager, has been launched to ease the process of installing, managing, and updating Swift toolchains. While Swift is typically bundled with Xcode for Apple platforms, swiftly now allows users to easily install Swift on other platforms like Linux and manage different versions from a single tool. This release includes support for macOS and ensures that swiftly can update itself to the latest version automatically.
