Hyprland 0.48.0 release: new features and improvements

The release of Hyprland 0.48.0 introduces various enhancements and new features aimed at improving functionality and user experience. The update includes an ANR dialog available with hyprland-qtutils, enhancements to the groupbar for better customization, and full color management support adhering to the new CM protocol.

Alongside these, improvements have been made to sync issues, especially concerning Nvidia lag and flickering, and numerous new features like new gnomed animation style, pinned window rule selector, and xwayland fixes.
