GPT-4o Copilot model now available for all GitHub Copilot users

The GPT-4o Copilot model, previously in preview, is now available for all GitHub Copilot users, providing enhanced code completion with better suggestions and improved latency. Users on the latest version of the GitHub Copilot extension for VS Code, Visual Studio, or JetBrains will automatically switch to this model, while those with older versions will receive the update soon. The older GPT-3.5 Turbo based copilot-codex model will be phased out as the GPT-4o becomes the default.
