ForkLift 4.2.8 introduces multi-factor authentication for SFTP and Ghostty support

BinaryNights has released version 4.2.8 of ForkLift, its dual pane file manager and file transfer client for macOS. This update introduces multi-factor authentication (MFA) for securing SFTP connections, aligning with modern security standards to protect accounts and sensitive data.

Additionally, the update supports Ghostty, a highly-requested terminal application, allowing users to set it as the default terminal in the settings. The AppMover feature, first seen in version 4.2.6, now prompts users only once to move ForkLift to the Applications folder if launched from elsewhere. Version 4.2.8 also includes various improvements and bug fixes, contributing to enhanced user experience and software stability.
