NanaZip 5.0 update boosts file format support & localization improvements

NanaZip 5.0 Update 1 introduces expanded file format support, enhancing its functionality for users. The update includes readonly support for the Electron Archive (asar) format, enabling content access without file modification. ROMFS and ZealFS (ZelFS) file system images are now supported in readonly mode, allowing direct exploration. WebAssembly (WASM) binary files have been added to the readonly support list, providing a new way to handle these binaries. Additionally, Work In Progress readonly support for littlefs file system images is available, limited to block information retrieval.

Localization improvements feature updated translations for Ukrainian and Russian, along with Hungarian translation updates. Maintainer tools packages have been updated for improved software management. Bug fixes address the exclusion of empty folders in UFS/UFS2 readonly support and an issue with software availability after cancelling extraction in UFS/UFS2 images.

In conjunction with this release, NanaZip 5.1 Preview 0 has been launched.
