iMazing 3.1 released with new features for business users, PDF signing, RSMF export & more

iMazing, a software for managing iOS devices from a Mac or PC, has released its first major update of the year, version 3.1. This update introduces several new features aimed at iMazing Business users, as well as several enhancements for all users. Notably, the software now allows for digitally signing exported PDFs of Messages and WhatsApp conversations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with chain of custody requirements.

The update also supports RSMF format (Relativity Short Message Format) for exporting Messages and WhatsApp conversations, catering to organizational needs for standardized communication data formats. For organizations using Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager, two new MDM features have been integrated, enhancing device management capabilities.

Command line users will find new diagnostic commands and options added to iMazing CLI, expanding the tool's utility for technical users. Additionally, iMazing 3.1 introduces new MVT detection modules for applications like Viber, Contacts, Shortcuts, TCC, and Location Services, along with updates to existing modules, ensuring they are in line with the latest developments.
