Rhino Linux 2025.4 introduces Lomiri desktop and updated kernels

Rhino Linux 2025.4 introduces the Lomiri desktop environment as the new default for PINE64 devices and adds two new Lomiri-related packages for broader compatibility. This release also includes updated kernel versions for each major hardware target, including PinePhone, PineTab, PinePhone Pro, PineTab2, Raspberry Pi, and generic images. Several Pacstall bugs have been fixed to improve system reliability.
