AdGuard Launches DNS Mobile App for Android and iOS with Encrypted Filtering
AdGuard has released a new DNS app for Android and iOS that provides DNS level protection by blocking ads, trackers, and harmful sites through encrypted DNS queries. It targets users who want simple network filtering without relying on full ad blocking tools or VPNs.
Setup is handled through a Setup ID or QR code from the AdGuard DNS dashboard, making it easy to add several devices to the same DNS profile. This helps families or small teams configure consistent filtering with minimal effort.
The app supports DNS over HTTPS, DNS over TLS, and DNS over QUIC, and on iOS it also works with Apple’s native DNS settings. If a VPN based protocol is selected, the app creates a local VPN profile and guides users through enabling it. The tool is focused solely on DNS filtering, and AdGuard plans to expand it over time, including a desktop version currently in development.

This is an open-source application, dunno how you wanna handle that: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardDNS
The repo you linked is for the AdGuard DNS server. The Android app, however, is closed source. Issue tracker: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid
