Notepad++ v8.8.7 is now digitally signed with a GlobalSign certificate, resolving previous concerns about release authenticity since the expiration of the earlier certificate. The project established a nonprofit organization to meet certificate authority requirements for digital signing. This version also delivers a Perl FunctionList improvement and addresses several user-reported bugs including issues with dual-view monitoring, shortcut mapper memory leaks, and UDL dialog redrawing.
